Good afternoon! We learned a lot of new things today!

Morning meeting, we had the number 12! We wrote in the words that were missing in our morning message. Our question of the day was "How old are you?" The age of 7 had the most people, and the people who were 8 years old had the fewest! We only have one person who is 5 years old!

Mrs. Maynard's class came down and practiced the "Itsy Bitsy Spider" song with us again in spanish!

In math today, the Red Rhinos learned about what our math community is going to look like, since we are starting a new math program this year! We started word problems today! The Green Gators learned about the numbers 0, 1, and 2. We colored in different plates with different colors for how many apples were on each plate!

We focused even more today on being a good citizen in our classroom! We read the book The Berenstain Bears and the Double Dare. We learned to not let others make decisions for us and to think for ourselves. We need to make good choices!

As a class we practiced how good citizens use pencils correctly in our class. (not put them in our mouth, don't break the erasers, etc.)

Have a great evening!
