Today was another busy day as we prepared some special activities to share with our families for Open House tonight. In the morning, our question of the day was What is your Favorite Vegetable? We learned that more friends liked corn than peas or carrots, and we showed this with a number sentence: 3 < 5, and the number of people that like corn was GREATER THAN the number of people who liked peas. We are continuing to practice using terms like greater than, less than, more, and fewer when comparing sets of numbers.
